Thirty years in construction trades, and Paul has seen it all: the projects that go sideways, the "this should be easy" jobs that absolutely were not, and the surprises hiding behind every wall. His secret weapon? He doesn't quit until it's done and done right. Give him an obstacle and he'll quietly out-stubborn it into submission.
Three decades in the industry also means three decades of relationships with a trusted network of subcontractors Paul has worked alongside for years. They're not just contacts in his phone; they're an extension of him, bringing the same reliability and quality to every job as if he were doing it himself.
Paul's work ethic is the stuff of legend, but his heart belongs to his wife, his dog (yes, there's a baby dawgie, and yes, he runs the household), and anything involving the great outdoors. When he's not on a job site, you'll find him hiking a trail, fishing a quiet spot, road-tripping with his crew of two, or most sacred of all - washing his truck like it owes him money.

Director of Design and Deadlines
Stacie sees the finished room before anyone else even sees the potential. Where others see chaos such as mismatched walls, awkward layouts, that one room nobody knows what to do with - she sees the vision, the wow factor, the after photo. And then she rolls up her sleeves (power tools very much included) and makes it real.
Thirty years in finance, project management, and corporate communications taught her how to keep big, complicated things on track - skills that translate surprisingly well to renovations. She brings the same precision to a budget spreadsheet as she does to a room redesign where nothing gets overlooked, nothing gets left unfinished.
When she's not bringing someone's vision to life, you'll find her in the mountains - hiking, biking, paddleboarding, or finding her center in a yoga session before the next adventure. She's a lover of all animals, especially the babies (the family dog included who she insists runs the show).
